But at 17, the freezing Wisconsin winters threatened to shut my business down. Instead of giving up, I packed up and moved to Florida, finishing high school online so I could keep the momentum going.
That’s when I realized that to truly scale, I had to stop being the one doing all the scrubbing. I started delegating, hiring technicians, and eventually built a team of five full-time employees who ran the day-to-day operations. The result? On my 18th birthday, I bought my dream car—a C8 Corvette—fully paid for by my window cleaning business.=
